Pay for runs, not for seats you do not use

A run is one execution of one check. Every plan includes an allowance; past it, paid plans spend prepaid run packs at $4 per 1,000 runs, bought when you need them and never expiring. Annual billing gives you two months free.

Run packs, not surprise invoices

When a paid plan's monthly allowance is used, runs continue only on credits you have already bought: 2,500 for $10 or 10,000 for $40. With no credits left, new runs are refused until the month resets, so a runaway loop cannot cost you anything you did not choose to spend.

What counts as a run

One execution of one check, whether an agent triggered it, a schedule did, a deploy hook did, or CI did. The automatic re-run before an incident opens counts too. Daily caps stop a runaway loop long before the month does.

Enterprise

Unlimited runs and seats, longer retention, and a conversation about isolation and regions. Email us.

What is never gated

The failure context, the trace, the API and the MCP server. Every plan gets the same repair loop; tiers differ on volume, cadence and channels.

Downgrades

Schedules tighter than the new plan allows are paused, not silently stretched. Existing checks keep running; you cannot add past the cap.
